Prinzip:Das Zentrum des einfallenden Lichtstrahls wird abgedeckt, nur peripheres Licht wird durch das Objektiv geleitetund trifft seitlich auf der Probe auf. Kanten und Partikel erscheinen hierdurch hell, der glatte Hintergrund dunkel.
